Using our remote assistance software we can work on your computer as if we were at your place. You get a technician at a reasonable rate, thanks to the time saved by avoiding travel.
This system also allows continuous monitoring of servers, real-time access checks and software updates when security flaws are discovered. Almost all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance can be carried out remotely, with no need for direct access to the system.
